  • This is one of the most interesting pieces of latter Crimson, expressing the moods and meaning of the early, but the technical wizardry, sophistication and in a word, the advancement, of the latter years.

  • I doubt I'd be able to understand the singer if I hadn't already heard BtBaM's cover of this. It's called annunciation, Mr. Belew.

  • @PcCAvioN Surely you mean enunciation? Sweet sweet almost-irony.

  • @MrJuico1337 Annunciation - The act of announcing. Close enough.

  • Genius!

  • everyone here must check out J. maynard keenan singing on 21st century schitzoid ,man--ozzy must dieee@!!!!!!

  • math?? KC is non-linear algebra, mofo!

  • SIMPLEMENTE BELLO Y COMPLEJO

  • If this song was released last week it would still own. Here's to people who care about creating innovative music for artistry's sake!

  • Great song. I remember this being the prime line up for King Crimson back then.

  • Still amazing after all these years ♪♫♪

  • A song with three in the title, and the major time signature is 6/8 (2 sets of 3, or a pair of threes). Very smart songwriting :)

  • @supersingerevan bugger! I didnt notice!

  • @supersingerevan - I'm ingenuous with regards to King Crimson, but i was made aware that they were into obscure time signatures. I was told there was one song of theirs that all musicians started playing in different time signatures, but eventually those time signatures all came together eventually. I would like to know if that's true and if so, what song.

  • @stillwaiting4godot A lot of their songs are like that, especially the ones from Discipline. The songs usually sound like their in 4/4, but if you look at the individual parts more closely, you can tell that they're all in different time signatures

  • @stillwaiting4godot frame by frame does that with the guitars. The two guitars play the same thing but then one of them skips a note making it cycle one note off until it gets back together. As far as all the players doing different stuff then coming together providence does that, but I'm not a huge fan of that song.

  • @supersingerevan and 6/8 is known as perfect time is it not? :)

  • It's good to be King (Crimson)!

  • Great song.

  • is it wrong if i got a boner

  • @shjervenst lol i think that means you have a perfect pair(of balls)
