2 and 3 were definately huge but ive seen bigger than number 1 like at foxhall in like 1998 there was a 3 car folow in and the first car was crushed so it was nearly unrecogniseable!!!!

and i think the nice grill was removed after the pictures were taken and sold to get back some of the £450 they paid for the car.

that talbot was pulled out of a pond with major water damage the original motor was completely seized and no brakes they fitted a ford v6 in it replaced the rear axle with one from a ford transit van they modified the bulkhead to fit a new brake pedal box and new brake lines and a new master cylinder and they spent 7 months building and topped it of with a nice paint job thats what a lot of banger drivers go through to produce these old cars for racing a lot of hard work.

That Talbot looked like what most us Yanks would consider a valuable collectible. The pics I've found of that car before the race showed it being a pretty nice car with a nice chrome grill, headlights and dual horns out front. Are Brits that picky about what's considered a collectible?

I remember the second crash up at the mendip raceway, I think the car was a Talbot London. Well it wasn't a Talbot London after the crash, just a collection of ripped metal. It is still the best crash I have ever seen up in the mendips.
