its that rasp in his voice ... i sing like that to (with that rasp) and you just cant do it you try to be not to be loud. But the problem is that they both play their guitars without an amp so if he sings to loud you wont hear his guitar :-)

In this video you see this "wana-be" trying to sing like Chad Kroeger from Nickleback, and when he is on stage and using a combination of reverse reverb & Compression vocal effects, he gets pretty damn close. Doesn't change the fact that this guys voice is simply terrible. Thank God for Vocal Effects.

wow some ppl are retarded....uhm his voice is like that on live performance because theyv been touring a lot and on this vid..he prob doesnt want to waste his voice..if u have seen the old videos...when they first start to appear...hes voice is jus like on the cd...dont talk if u dont know or at least dont judge..if u think ur better go out and do what he does..and as for the band kicking him? thats TOAD and he actually made the band

He iss possibly holding back, but it´s because its a radiostation, the sound equipment doesn´t support the same amount of noice, ja if he would´t hold back, he´s voice will probbably make the sound go bad.. so it´s a possibility, I still think he sound´s cool..
