The very first pigeon in that dumpster doesn't spawn, I know I haven't killed him because I was saving the pigeons until after the campaign, can anyone help?

i never wanted to spend time finding 200 pigeons.. but then i did, checked them off 1 at a time (not using these videos), finished, and im still missing 4... What a waste of my time!! 200 is a ridiculous number anyway, i'd think Rockstar would create better things for us to do.. why hunt for pigeons when i can have a shootout?

6th flight of stairs is another pigeon.

From the bottom. Not from the top.

Or the 3rd floor. Each floor has 2 flights of stairs.

It's at the hospital. So some ppl miss 1 pigeon ether from the happiness statue.

My guess is from the Algonquin hospital aswell. (2nd island). I'm confused with the names of city's rightnow. I started with the 3rd city. And now at the hospital.

You won't get something. And btw, in the ballad you have to shoot seagulls and their are only 50 seagullsand most of them are in Algonquin and only 4 in Alderney

hey dude you can get them all with the map on the internet game you go the internet cafe and you go look around because i killed like 124 im looking forward to complete the progress on %100 and you will have infinty ammo and health .... there are 10 pigeons in the liberty statue on the head there is 1
