Yeah "Doctorbuckner" I agree. I only wished that my BREN-TEN sounded like that :):):). Oh well, it is a good shooter, which is MOST important. I don't shoot it much any more, with the rarity an all. Mine is the 45ACP version, and not the 10mm. I always liked how Sonny would use relatively good trigger discipline. He NEVER worried about what the "DESK COPS" thought during a firefight, and he always ensured that the threat was neutralized before ending the fire fight.
Had this 2 parter had a more imaginative subplot than C&T's love life,it could have been pretty good. The ending of the episode is so cringeworthy when phil collins ''take me home'' is playing over ridiculous love scenes between thomas and grier.Another wasted opportunity, too bad, alot of great scenes, realistic gun fights(not this one)It just doesn't work overall
In the 90s they have The X-Files..truly good stuff...but never again since Miami Vice, there´s a show that changes so much: Music, Style, cutting, Light ... The thing is: If I watch an episode I do not miss my cell phone!
Unfortunately Not title...Is the extract of sound composed by Jan Hammer.Reproduced only in this episode(The Prodigal Son)3 times and the final of song "New York Theme"!
La mejor serie de la historia, pura estetica,la musica envolvente de Jan Hammer y la colaboracion de muchos actores y actrices no consagrados en aquel momento y de varios cantantes populares.Saludos desde Tenerife!
i love when pam grier pops up to help, but i always found it strange they would choose what would be a so open place for a major drug transaction (world trade center plaza)
As usual the bad guys can't shoot worth shit

GoinDownToJunkieTown 2 years ago
@GoinDownToJunkieTown That metal ball sculpture was destroyed on 9-11, the what survived of the sculpture is now displayed in Battery Park, NYC.

The final chase remainds me the end of "HEAT", when Pacino follow Deniro. In fact, when I saw "HEAT", a lot of Miami Vice ´s scenes came to my head.
