@don031 you havent even been to the gym, ive been training in the sport for years and the UFC gym is alot better than i thought it was gona be, contact or no contact training with world class fighters in different fighting styles with way better cardio classes. its not even expensive to join. hate all you want bro but then gym is outstanding.
Nice looking gym, but it seems too commercial to me. They want to train you like the UFC athlete, without the broken nose? Well guess what, if you have no contact (be it even the lightest), you are not training like a UFC athlete! It's just another gym like the others with added cardio classes.
