Ok i see that you people dont understand anything...so i have these skins,models,wpns,gloves and CT and T skin....so this is CS 1.6 those things you get when you download XTCS=extreme CS 1.6 v32 i got it so then u update on CS 1.6 v42 the newest one and skins and all other stuff stays so thats it....this isnt Valves CS 1.6 its downloaded from KGB hosting....  there u download from this site CS 1.6 v42 and u will get same things as that guy in this video has :)
