  • I worked as a Paramedic for over 25 years. I'd do the same thing with the phone shoved in my face. Obviously nothing came of it because you have nothing posted on your site or on You Tube.

  • What have any of you accomplished? Now you bog down the EMS with a ridiculous claim of injury. I'm sure you will sue them as well. I'm sure you won't pay the bill either. Don't you idiots think before you act?

  • Did you get to press charges against that thief? (the fat EMT)

  • what a joke

  • He did tell him to turn the camera off dumb fuck

  • EMS guys don’t want to be in the middle of what’s going on there they just want to do their job & this cameraman is exploiting the situation to provoke an incident & then he cry's to the police when the captain responds to his provocation? Hypocrite. What threats? & He never told him to turn the camera off he told him to get it out of his face & the camera man became Overzealous & aggressive. the camera man’s organization had some point, how empty that it was seeing this become its highlight?

  • Freestarters your group is hypocritical and does nothing more than create issues to victimize yourselves you all look foolish and because of you I will never step foot in your state.. Your organization or group is overzealous the only thing we see here is cameramen and narrators creating the pettiest conflicts from nothing just to have a reason to cry. You cause all the conflict you report you fail to report the facts. You have nothing valid on your side and you created the division.

  • Hahahahahahhaaaaa what a joke! No wonder why they treat you like they do. You are not consistent, are you? The only way the "Blue Light Gang" can commit these crimes with with the active help of all the cops you shook hands with. Either they are all the enemy or none are the enemy. The ones you shake hands with are "The Go Along to Get Along Gang." "The Go Along to Get Along Gang" is worse then the obvious thugs since they pretend they are concerned about justice. Get a clue!

  • Keep on filming brother

  • Wow, you guys are a bunch of fucking idiots.

  • we retain the right to record, videotape or photograph the police while they're on duty. Not only for symbolic reasons (when agents of the state can confiscate evidence of their own wrongdoing, you're treading on seriously perilous ground), but as an important check on police excesses video of police misconduct capturedby private citizens can have an enormous impact.while they're on duty, they serve the public. And the public, their employer, should have every right to keep them accountable.

  • secret rooms, not letting people know what going on,stealing camera, people being harrased, false arrests, signs of nazi germany all over again, midnight knock getting closer and closer.

  • You should be pro INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS. Pro peace means nothing. Peace is death.

Individual rights is humans living civily and without government coersion.

  • No costumed person present behaved professionally. Thugs and criminals abusing and stealing is what I see here. "You will respect my authoritayy!!"

Thank you Sam and Ian for exposing what happens there everyday, it happens everywhere.

People confuse motive with justification for the violence the gang of government commits against them. Whatever a legitimate state does is just, and whatever it permits is liberty. The Bloods and Crips exercise their discretion in their turfs as well.

  • Those pigs need to be arrested as do the others, and placed in PRISON, not jail, since they broke the law.

  • Did you ever stop and think what this guy could have done to have a police get physical with him? Its great how all they do is tape a man hurt in a police station/hospital. The police and medics dont answer to sht for legal reasons. First off THEY DIDNT INJURE ANYONE, IF ANYONE DID IT WAS ONE GUY therefore why should everyone else speak for that one officer who goes by "Rivera"? Something tells me the man injured was in the wrong. They dont walk up to ANYONE and "throw them against a wall".

  • Arman - Yes, as you can see in the video, I spoke with someone who was in the room to rind out what happened.

Could it be that you believe this organization is good and there to "protect and serve", but the video shows them to be nothing more than a criminal gang? I understand it can be upsetting.

Rivera told me to scream "louder. louder, louder!" It's funny to him when he gets to hurt people. Even funnier when the thin blue line closes ranks to lie and cover for him.

  • Im arguing against the fact the cops or paramedics wouldnt speak. Its not cause theyre hiding sht its cause theyre intelligent professionals and arent saying anything for legal reasons. Why would these cops/paramedics have to answer questions/accusations these people have when theyre just doing their job? Theyre not Officer Rivera. Officer Rivera maybe an awful person, I cant speak on that but just as their are bad cops, theirs people who cant handle their drug usage and let it take over them.

  • I understand they can disclose patient details. That's not what this video is about.

These "intelligent professionals" lied about HIPPA regulations to cover for their buddies. These "intelligent professionals" stole a man's phone, (EMT's don't enforce laws or seize property) and then they lied about it.

They don't have to answer questions, and their job is not to lie, steal and attack people, as they did on that day.

Have you watched the related videos or the ride along series I did?

  • No I have not. If you are upset cause of stolen property that is understanding, but when you're yelling at them for answers on your friend or to let you in to rooms they dont need to let you in on it makes you guys look uncivil. They dont speak on the issue cause of legal issues obviously and theyre professionals. As far as EMTs stealing your property I cant rly comment on it other than the fact it just takes a course to become an EMT. I know kids right outta hs qualified to be EMTs...

  • Hey Obscuredtruth - I like your videos and was wondering if they are available in podcast format - got a link?

  • You wanna talk about pathetic........freestaters continually trying to provoke a response from authority so they can cry brutality and harassment.

  • Yes, because suspending your first amendment on a whim, and attacking members of the press is just A-OK right? Not to mention the attacker had no consequences from his actions.

Keep making excuses for the police state forming around you.

  • Just because you have a camera and a youtube channel doesn't really mean you're the press. In one month otn has posted 3 videos. One of those stories is simply following a sue happy old guy into Keene City Hall; not exactly unbiased journalism/press on here. You claim Keene officials are not your enemy, yet at every turn you seem to enjoy provoking them - and this is seen quite clearly.

  • From the videos i've seen from you guys, you are true patriots. Anyone who thinks bad of you are most likely brainwashed.

  • who do I talk to about moving to NH?

  • "I don't have anything to hide!" what a bitch!

  • its quite interesting how you left out the part that after the x-rays that showed nothing was wrong, the man walked out of the hospital. hmm

  • I think the point being on how they were not allowed to exercise their rights to freedom of press and the assault that occurred in the government building as well as the assault that occurred by the front door along with the theft of a cell phone. It doesn't matter if the mans neck is broken or fine. A police agent used excessive force. A EMT pushed a man that wasn't even really in his way. Do you think that the police should be able to tackle anyone because they feel like it?

  • oops... this is meg, not sam..

anywho, to clarify, the man didn't walk out of the building. he was wheeled off in cuffs to jail, where he is now under 'medical watch'. he is said to be in extreme pain still, and is being forced to sleep on the floor.

  • i know, but you still get my point

  • (this is still meg, not sam)

nope, i don't get your point. he is still on medical watch at a jail that has proven to have little concern for the health and safety of it's inmates... doesn't sound like there is nothing wrong with him. and he didn't walk out of the hospital. so... no, i don't get your point at all.

  • This would appear to have striking similarities to ?v=t8JIdj2Sq9c from Seattle. Who prosecutes the prosecutors?

  • YES...180 days for nothing. The judge does not like to answer any questions. Just get rid of him by sticking him in jail..

  • Interesting that when "Mr. Nobody" feels he is a victim of something minor - he expects police action IMMEDIATELY. Perhaps they would let you in those rooms to film if you didn't try to bait everyone with those stinging and sarcastic comments...ie - "protecting and serving today?" - "got an adrenaline rush?" - just shut the fuck up and film and stay out of the way - especially EMT's trying to do their work. Your getting in the way caused them to focus on things they shouldn't have to.

  • We were not in the EMTs way, SN1.

So, are you saying that if someone stole something from you in front of the cops, you wouldn't expect them to investigate right then?

  • Yes I would. I also expect them to write tickets for stop sign violations. I also expect them to enforce/investigate others things too lengthy to list. You got your phone back I presume - and it was done after a thoughtful investigation - not because someone was yelling RUN AFTER THE AMBULANCE GET HIM NOW. Unbelievable - you guys treat them like shit - calling them pigs, douchebags etc at the 4:20 stuff for doing their job, but when you're the victim, its a completely different story.

  • Clearly you're not understanding the point. Research (with the aid of a law dictionary, cause they use words that look like english, but have different meanings) the difference between LAW, STATUTE, and ACT! Law is really easy: Don't cause harm to individual (Violence). Don't cause anyone a loss (theft/vandalism). Don't use deception in your contracts (fraud). That's it. SIMPLE! Anything beyond that without consent infringes on human rights!

  • Of course, if you prefer to be a ward of the state. A child and not an adult, who must be told what is acceptable and what is not. Instead of thinking critically about an issue and deciding for yourself, that's ok too. That's also exactly what Statutes and Acts are for. To those who can think for themselves, Statutes and Acts require the CONSENT of the governed, and that means YOU must CONSENT (though consent is assumed when you say nothing.)

  • That's the point. They should only be enforcing crimes with victims. There's no victim if someone chooses to smoke pot, no one else owns their bodies and they have a right to make their own choices. There's also no victim of someone rolling through a stop sign.

  • I disagree...there are reckless and drunk drivers on the road that need to be dealt with. I also suppose you would make the argument that there is no victim when 50 year old men smoke joints with 10 and 11th graders at the Keene PD lobby (I recognize a few) during the 4:20 stuff. Don't give me the -"their body" crap either - that is the same excuse members of NAMBLA use.

  • do me a favor, google ad hominem

  • Great comment - seen it around on a few other vids *yawn*

  • all aboard the trollercoaster

  • Seen that one too. Can't you think of ANYTHING for yourself? Christ - not only do you do anything contrary to what a troll supposedly is, you can't even insult well. I am...amused. Try again? Something more whimsical? Snappy? Effective? lol -

  • In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts controversial, inflammatory, irrelevant or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room or blog, with the primary intent of provoking other users into an emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion. I don't know how e-savvy OTN viewers are, but SN1 is just a troll and the only way to get rid of a troll is to ignore him

  • Ahhh....strikerincineratorman visited wikipedia - how savvy of you....nice copy/paste job. In any event - if you put your reading glasses on, SILENTNATION1 is having a perfectly fine DISCUSSION with ninjabunnyman below. DUH. The only douchebag interrupting it (and not following his own advice by not ignoring me) is YOU.

  • Reckless driving should be stopped, because it is an eminent threat to others. Slowly rolling through a stop sign is an eminent threat to no one. People are often reckless if they drive drunk, and if they are, they should be stopped. If somehow someone can drive safely after drinking, that's their business.

  • Reckless driving should be stopped? But what about no victim no crime? Hey - I'm the first one to say rolling through a stop sign is no big deal; however, if you do it in front of a cop like Hoffman did, for the purpose of baiting and arguing, which he did...then what can I tell you that you don't already know I'll say. Hoffman wants to be told pretty please by those who talk, yet he certainly gave that officer a hard time right from the get go according to his porc411 phone call video.

  • If someone's eminently threatening others, those others have a right to defend themselves. For example, if someone pulls a gun and tries to attack you, you don't have to wait for them to shoot to defend yourself. A vehicle is no different than a gun -- someone who is eminently threatening others should be stopped.

And, if anyone was terrorized by the reckless driving, they're victims, even if they weren't hit.

  • Oh, and regarding the stop sign issue, he should never have been pulled over in the first place. He wasn't going after the cop trying to give orders, as the judge was, he was just trying to be left alone.

Just ask the question -- who was threatening violence in order to exert control over a person who was threatening and harming no one? It wasn't Kurt, in either situation.

  • On the second point, I agree that age is an issue. I think the age of consent is probably too old, however. I would say a 10th or 11th grader has a right to choose (being 16-17), but if those were younger kids, I would have a serious problem with it. To take it to the extreme, an eight year old cannot understand what pot is, or make a decision about whether to use it. I think an adult giving an eight year old pot should be held responsible, and make restitution to the kid and the parents.

  • On your second point to my second point: - eh - I think I'll just agree to disagree - I think young kids shouldn't have the option to ingest marijuana...there is plenty of time for that as an adult - and I was surprised to see men supposedly smoking pot with kids in a police lobby...again....I personally know those kids and their ages - one is only 15.

  • No, I agreed with you, young kids should not have the option. Exactly what the cutoff age should be is another discussion. I think it definitely should be younger than 18, but I'm not so sure about 15, that's borderline.

By the way, I wouldn't give pot to anyone, and don't use it myself. I consider pot use a poor choice. I do recognize that adults have a right to make their own choices, however.

  • They're blowing smoke about HIPAA and hiding behind it. HIPAA applies to *them*, not you.

  • Who is the blond lady at 0:34? Is she a Free Stater, a government employee or an uninvolved witness? It would help if you identified people on the bottom of the screen like they do in most documentaries and news broadcasts.

  • That is Auburn, Kurt's wife. And also the only non-government-employee that was witness to Kurt being pushed over.

  • This treatment is common for our black citizens who resist arrest. If enough white people see this happening to whites, maybe they will speak out against it..

  • I don't think it has anything to do with black or white, I think people just need to see it, period. Police abuse happens all the time, but it's usually hushed up.

  • Good work Sam.

  • GREAT job, and thank you so very much for being the change we seek in the world. What you're doing makes me feel very positive about the future we are creating.

Thank you again for staying strong and living by example. Blessings! You have my full support and admiration!

  • 180 days wow. How is his neck i he ok? OTN keep it up more will join you in NH soon.

  • 180 days for what???? nothing

  • What's up with these people and the first amendment? Aren't they supposed to protect and defend the Constitution?

  • I like how blatantly and confidently you call out these thugs.

  • I can tell you why they took the phone, in private they must have ask to arrest you all, but the officers must have replied they can't cause you were not violent. so the EMT must have TRIE to get you to broke into a violent act to take back your phone, and then you could be all arrested... that's why he looked puzzled when you just shout at him and he gave the phone to somebody else.

  • ah no wonder he got poor response from these police officers.. They couldn't keep a lid on accusing everybody else of wrongdoing.

  • Press charges against that driver for theft and assault.

  • If you fool with the bull, you're gonna get the horns. Never attack your enemy at his strongest point.

  • These people are not my enemies, and I only seek to exchange ideas with them.

  • Do you know if Ian is going to pursue criminal charges against the EMT driver? If not, do you know if he will sue the EMT driver in civil court for battery and trespass to chattels?

  • Ahoy there!

O.K. this is not legal advice but I keep seeing the same common-judgment in error among all the decent well meaning people. Rightfully so, because it mostly likely stems from conditioning, programming, and misleading us.

Assault= verbal and Battery= physical impact

(Battering-ram). It's often considered battering a person if you knock their hat off, ect.

I do not know their language either & make mistakes too!

Idk, if it helps, but it might later with filing charges.

    Be Well

  • Yanking aggressively with intent and malice a camera out of anger may just be battery to most sane and humane people.

Pause to get a look at the sleezy demon-face he gives, as if he knowingly did a very bad thing. GROSS! I would not be surprised if he damaged the phone. What a puke!

  • If a bureaucrat reports to the enforcers that you broke the law the enforcers arrest you regardless of your side and only release you if they absolutely have to.

If you report to the enforcers that a bureaucrat broke the law the enforcers ask their side first and only enforce the law if they absolutely have to.

  • @FlailingJunk has hit the nail on the head. There are two systems. A double standard.

Study class theory. There's a lot of insight to be understood. American Class Structure is build with "moochers/looters" vs. "builders/producers." Bone up.

  • You can tell how seriously they are taking it the guy finger quotes the "report" he is taking clearly with no intention of enforcing the law on a fellow bureaucrat.

  • Those "officers" were not professional in any way.

  • keep up the good work.

  • powerful stuff... things are getting intense.

  • ok the revised title is.. a little bit funny

  • Sam, file as many lawsuits against those EMTs as you can. They were way out of line. File it against them personally too.

  • makes me sick

  • Is Kurt ok? How serious was the injury? Thank you in advance.

  • He's doing ok, besides being in a jail cell.

  • Man, you guys are machines. Great job.

  • When the gov't covers their ass during illegal acts they forbid pics, recording & witnesses. When its to their agenda or favor they ignore privacy, barriers & impose recording. An A-team, militia or posse needs to go in that poor excuse of a city offices bldg & do some exterminating & vindicating. Or maybe just switching out the Westmoreland Jail population with the awry civil servants would suffice. Many freedom fighters & patriots in other states are watching these videos from Keene & NH !

  • PLEASE let us know about taking the guy taking his phone away and was he charged with anything.

  • they are "Investigating"

  • I understand, but let us know what they find Sam and if they actually take any action agains the EMT.

Why was the EMT allowed to take personal property? Isn't it assault when someone touches a reporters camera etc? Does relinquishing the stolen property to a LEO negate the original act of theft?

I watch you and Ridley like a hawk. But you guys be careful up there in NH.

  • Disgusting!!

  • Tax protest in Claremont today @ 12:30

  • Sam you are a beast!

    Go Sam go!

  • Great work, Sam. Thanks for your effort.

  • that's just disgusting.

  • that cock sucker EMT should be charged for assault and robbery.

  • And finally, if the local community, both of Keane and of New Hampshire still seem to back the actions of this Judge, Court, etc. Maybe it's time for the free stater's to start looking at a different state, or a different country. As clearly it seems the local populace seems to prefer tyranny over liberty.

  • Keene is one of the better towns in one of the better countries. I don't think you are going to find a significantly better location.

  • I spent a bit of time in Keene. The sad thing is, you are probably right

  • It would be as bad or worse anywhere else. It took decades to end slavery, and this abuse of personal rights is as ingrained in our culture if not more so than slavery was. This fight against tyranny will not be won in a week, month, or couple years, it will take time.

Tyranny, by the way, is an idea and behavior, not a person or people. When tyranny is destroyed we will have all won.

  • I gave a big spiel about this earlier, but it didn't take. :( In summary: 1) Why is nobody pressing charges against Elizer? 2) Why is the rest of Keane not getting upset about things like this. Clearly from an outside perspective it's not just a rogue group creating mischief, it's disturbingly abuse of authority from judges, to police, to secretaries at the city manager desk. 3) Why hasn't any of these cases (aside from Sam in jail) gone to other media outlets on a wider scale?

  • Our tax dollars funding organized crime.

    Awesome.... :/

  • That is why we have to stop paying taxes....
