the google maps icon that was up apr 1st showed the red/cyan goggles but then disappeared few days or so later. the NEW ones wont work with google maps 3D feature. plus i said blue/red glasses u need not the NEW glasses.i know the new ones wont work as i mentioned in this video.
im sorry but the glasses that the new 3d films use are polarized lenses that cancel out different waves. the left will cancel out the right the right will cancel the left. basically there are two projectors in cinemas and because of the special polarizing the right eye can only view images from one projector and the left views the other. it is impossible for standard monitors to display two seperate polarized images so the glasses wont work.
