I never understood why didn't Zion used any kind of armored protection for these vehicles. Also why couldn't they use computerized auto aim or aim control? We use that today without artificial intelligence. Why to rely on human reflexes and the speed of human arms? Also if they knew they will attack in the docks, why didn't they put the whole place full with weapon platforms on the wall? Why to use a walker that can fell easily, instead of vehicles what you can anchor. Why just small arms? Etc.

The first movie was awesome but the 2nd and third, shit. What I don't get, for the machines to stop the agent he needed to absorb neo while neo was hooked up by the machines. Well, the agent had absorbed thousands, maybe millions of people that were in the matrix which ment they were all hooked up and controlled by the machines so what role did neo ever need to play? the machines could have stopped agent at any time and still destroyed humanity.
