I love this glitch, I found it by using the faster route and pressing R fast but I didn't know then that it only works at the start and at the end of the loop so I was like WTF!? xD
I DID IT AGAIN! YouTube NEEDS to take away that remove button right under the reply! OK, I just had a comment from Mrules4ever. He said: "Nice vid! by the way, it's not called a barrel roll. or a loop. It's a corkscrew.A barrel roll is a straight corkscrew."

You have to click R ridiculously fast. I gave the d-pad controls to my brother in order to be able to press it fast enough. Even then this rarely works; it was more of an accident then anything. I was just tying to hover upside down.
omg, the first speed up zone is a loop and the last one is a corkscrew, or barrel roll. He's on the corkscrew, and he's hopping around, not falling off like he should. Then, he falls off the corkscrew, and onto the loop! get it?
