Excelsior was first seen in Star Trek III: The Search for Spock. The scenes from this video are from Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country. Excelsior was also seen or mentioned in TNG series and DS9 ( I think ). Also refer to the Voyager episode "Flashback" which prominently features the Excelsior set during the "Undiscovered Country" movie.
