Not hardly, the Dr. Phi Show is a major multi-milion dollar enterprise. This you could do in your living room with a camcorder. Even Donahue was very low budget.

yes they put more money but effort. This seems more aesthetically pleasing to the eye in a low fi minimalist way and I like how susan just lights up a cigarette, the way the announcer comes onto the sceen it juxtaposes the subject matter of Varda and warhol's films in an excellent way.
