hi david. losing weight is good, but the numbers in the scales aren't everything. work on your 6pack abs and you may not lose so many pounds but you may have gained a lot of lean muscle ;)

I just started my weight loss three weeks ago. I'm on pace at -4 pounds a week. I eat under 1000 calories a day and run 3 miles straight and burn around 520 calories. No days off
@makchamp Just make sure you eat lots and get lots of protein and carbs, search "scooby1961" on youtube he is really helpful with workout and nutrition stuff.
