  • Don't eat the egg yolk kids! its pumped full of calories and might contain small traces of pesticides (unlikely, but its another reason), so for the best results, flip off that fucking piece of shit useless yolk

  • hi david. losing weight is good, but the numbers in the scales aren't everything. work on your 6pack abs and you may not lose so many pounds but you may have gained a lot of lean muscle ;)

  • @bimskies I added the video with all the ingredients. It's mostly all vegetables, so depending where you live will vary how much they cost. I bought all the ingredients in bulk then made a huge pot of it then put them into ziplock containers.
