@562yamaha MJS race headers mated to a slip on is the same thing as a full race system. The full race system is basically race headers and eliminates the catalytic convertor which is what the MJS headers do. So essentially they are both the same. Just different brands

@ng5553 YA it can support it. its mounted on the rearset were the stock exhuast mounts and makes it very sturdy. enough so that for a cleaner look i decided that putting the second mount to the passanger peg wasn't necessary

it was louder with the slip on (but not much) sounded better than stock but putting the header on made a world of difference it was like day and night

oic. but once you changed the headers and the slip on. don't you have you tuned the bike? cos you've changed the compression in the engine n stuff?

it is recommended to get the bike tuned with like a power comander or other tuning products but is not completley needed mine runs without it and is fine. im just not getting the full power my exhaust could be giveing me (and you wouldnt be changing the compression of your engine just the amount of backpressure your engine has from its exhaust)

no nothings done to the engine i plan on putting on a bmc filter and a pcIII tho thats about the extent of what im going to do with the bike

yeah that sounds cool.that's pretty much what you need to a bike. I have the 05 raven i bought it brand new from the dealer and like 3 months later the came out with the 06 model i was so bummed !!! I'm trying look for a new exhaust for my bike.i had one about a year ago but got a ticket for it and i had to sell it just to pay the ticket.i'm looking for 06 r6 stock pipe and just taking out the silencer.just for the time being. but bike is awesome termignoni is an awesome pipe. purely from GP.
