Somethings missing like real tunners, I see you guys have engines probally stollen, everything looks dingie and low buget why is this?

that's how it is, if you mod a CB7 too much (like using body kits) it's called a 'ricer' and looks very ugly, so we keep it simple, only modding engine, rims, paint, lights etc.
