I also just returend from a semester of Up with People (Cast A 2010) and I got to learn about the history of our organization we've never shown support of any war we've only shown support for the people affected by it. When my cast did a show in Fort Carson there was alot of us that felt kind of sketchy because we thought this would mean support for the current conflict in the mideast but we then remembered what we were there for: to support the families affected by war

By what crazy leap of logic does this guy come to the conclusion that we were supportive of the Viet Nam war? I think he has a geranium in his cranium. He's poco loco in the coco.

We probalby did as much to shorten that war, and to prevent or shorten other wars as any other group, and more than many of them.

@Narnhart to say that UWP supported the Vietnam war because we supported soldiers is like saying a person supports illegal immigration because he likes Mexican food: it just doesn't connect.
