Wooo! Look at me, I'm an eXtreme! martial artist. I can throw my sword up in the air and catch it! Seriously, this isn't swordsmanship, or martial arts. This is baton twirling with a funnly shaped baton.
Not sure how to feel about this one. Good posture, good technique, but the XMA stuff pollutes it a bit. So thumbs down for the flashy flippage but thumbs up for the traditional practicality. Fun to watch. =)
