Let's recap: 80% of Americans have Health Insurance; Health Insurance companies on the margin make at most 3-4% profits; Meciare/Mediacaid are bunkrupting States and HHS .... yet there are some who continue to passionately argue that its the only way. Vioate constitutional rules on a Bill (not the real Bill - but the Budget review) and effectively impact 16 - 20% of the American Economy.

@Gosmner Republicans have obviously abused this procedural rule as well, but not for anything even approaching the scope of HCR...and gov deficit spending under Bush already pales in comparison with spending increases enacted by Obama and the Democrats in Congress. This is the absolute worst time to enact a brand new entitlement program subsidizing health insurance for families making up to $80K per year. It's outrageous.
