Incredible skill! What type of training do these guys go through to get to this level of competition? Is it alot of weight training, or lots of sparring with partners? I would really like to know their training routines
I train with hadji in Vladikavkaz. Lots of hard matches at training. they train 2 times a day 6 days a week. He also has a trainer with him like 24 hours a day watching him.
