@jeirda5 It is an unlockable chest piece in the game called Katana. You recieve it after collecting 1000 gamerscore in Halo 3. It is simmiler to the Hayabusa chest piece but it has the sword on the back, unfortunatly the sword is purely decretive and can not be used as an actual weapon :(.
