With that bottle what size was it?? Will it work for squirrels?? I have a small infestaion of them in my backyard... If you could reply that would be great thank you.
@Whodatguywhat Get a 2 foot stove pipe .Cover one of the pipe with wire mesh. .On the other end drill a hole so that it can be held by a nail pn a tree. Put some peanut butter near the mesh on the side of the pipe .Hang the pipe on the tree vertically it is impossible for the squirrel to get out.
Thanks for the idea i'll have to try that and let you know how well it works for me. I just found your videos and they're great keep posting and happy trails.
what do you use for glue on the mouse trap, I've used the larger rat trap and catch squirrels & rabbits alot. bait them with berries apple nuts etc. thanks
There are quite a few on the market, I never use them food always seems to work best for me on most traps, with snares it is placement . If i was going for fur it might be different but I am trapping for food.
Good idea, the reason I use a screw is if I put it in a tree i center the screw on a branch and wrap the wire around both the screw and branch, it holds it flatter to the branch that way

to anchor the rat trap you can also drill a hole on the wood near one of the corners.
