Hi Rashuanu! I haven't personally seen Monkey Typhoon at stores and malls here in the Philippines. As far as I know, they should be available at just about any anime outlet. The one that shows on our channel is the South East Asian dub based in Singapore, if I'm not mistaken.
Search Google for an english dub or where you can get CDs in your local area. =)
