Pagan religions have no relation to anything in the bible as those two separate religions also pagan religions is far older then Christianity. This video was not done with the Kemetic (Ancient Egyptian) Isis whose real name is Aset, the video was a hymn on a temple of the Roman Isis that associated the ancient city of Bubastis with Isis. You have to keep in mind when the Romans entered Kemet (Egypt) during that time there was very few priests left and not many actual people of Kemet left either. So the Romans basically guessed about the Kemetic theology and even gave the gods a Greaco-Roman twist.
I believe that the Roman cult of Isis did have a heavy influence on Roman Catholic Church on Mary for example a lot of the same titles as the Virgin Mary has is the same ones that Roman Isis held for example Queen of Heaven, Star of the Sea, just to name a few. The Roman cult of Isis was one of the Church's biggest rivals in history and knowing that the worship would not die, they had to make their own version of Isis in order to get the pagans to convert. Not if you are going by mythology each one of those goddesses have their own stories. For an example Astarte has a connection to lions and the morning star (Venus). While Diana has a connection with hounds and the moon.
