@mrangryface98 The car isn't all that slow, this race has a regulation on the amount of horsepower permitted (65), which really isn't a lot at all. That's why this race is such a pain in the ass.

Finally!!!!! Follow this guid!! Also the out lap is key it gets you in the right places for a bit of cheeky drafting I did a 2.05.742 and low 2.04s and only 1 2.03 on the eventual winning race but have done 2.01 in others but had slow out laps, so nail the start!! good luck

Oh. My. God. I did it!!!! Finally!!! After about 10 million attempts! I had been using custom suspension settings from various places which all seem fairly rigid and it simply wasn't working so I switched back to fixed sports suspension which is looser and has more roll in the corners which helped the car corner easier.

Another tip for DS3 users: when you have to brake hold down the gas at the same time it helps to stabilise the car, something I picked up from the license tests.

my max speed is about 87mph and rolling start at 60mph and i used your suspension settings

finally did it right now the trick is the 1st corner through the tunnel should be going 62mph, right after that coming out of it should be going 58mph then that harsh turn, you need to slow to around 49-51mph and slant into the corner so coming out you should be at 51-53mph. After that the just before the second tunnel cut into the yellow hash makes and before you hit the "seconds behind thing" you should be around 91 mph. Finally just go across the grass lol you get a 1-2 mph boost.

ok so i figured out before you enter the tunnel you have to turn down into the yellow hash marks to keep speed and after you have to do it again, and i figured out that you mus keep you turns sharp but still can't get it

@icebox51jm I got a Ford GT LM Spec II from my LV23 ticket from the Elise 111R race.

Winning the Impreza race gets you a LV24 ticket, and as far as I know there is only one Level 24 car, thats the Formula Gran Turismo.

@MuffinMan881 Impreza gives you LVL 23 ticket. You can get lvl 24 ticket for completing endurance series, both a-spec and b-spec. You'll get FGT or F10 or F2007 for that.

Here's how i did it.

Buy the close-ratio gearbox from the tuning menu.

Reduce weight to 1000Kg by changing the windows.

almost never brake! except for the corners after the 1st and 2nd tunnel, and the curve right before the right chicane. Otherwise, either full throttle or ease up the accelerator.

I 1st position at second attempt, with the one behind me at 2.048 seconds... Keep practicing, u'll get it!

Every other race is too easy, and these expert events are too hard. I'm 4 seconds from 1st place on this one, and no where close on the other two.

@Gally663 Other races are too easy if you use too powerful car and better tires than opponents. If you use a car similiar to them, I find them to be quite challenging and fun. And with triple prizes, they're rewarding, too.

@YourFriendlyJosh None. You can try fitting the spoilers, if you're struggling. You can also remove all possible weight and add it later in settings to the rear, so the balance would be better - it should help the handling.

Is this Seasonal event aimed at Gearbox Wheel players? Because I can easily get 2nd in the Fiat event but I'm 15+ seconds out of first. My tuning can't be that terrible and niether is my driving. I'm tuned almost exactly as the video above and my driving is usually very good. How in the world am I suppose to shave 3+ seconds off of each lap?
