Never figured out why a lot of cities in California have tillers. They would do fine with just mid or rear mount ladders. Some places are tight squeeze so that's understandable. Must be tradition.

Thanks for pointing out the obvious. LA City Tillers are all assigned a "pump." They do not roll alone, but in a "Light Force" or "Task Force" combination. A "Light Force" is a Tiller and it's assigned "Pump." A "Task Force" is an Engine, Tiller, and it's assigned "Pump."
