  • @printesb slow twitch muscle fibers, look it up

  • @printesb White/ fast twitch muscle fiber = speed, red/slow twitch muscle fiber = endurance, for 800m you need to balance em out, these exercises shown will give speed, for endurance I dont know any exercises but search up "slow twitch muscle exercises"

    My right knee clicks every time I walk up stairs... clicks with each stair. It never HURTS but also after some jogs It feels "weird".. again not pain, just a strange sensation. Can I safely do plyo?

  • @alextoob1 I think you should really check with your doctor. It is important to eat a good balanced food. I had problems with knees before because of too much running and working like waitress. Salmon is very good for your joints.

    - don't jump higher than a step build your way up the click will go

  • It is not just plyometrics that you can do to insrease your speed. Believe it or not its really more about bring your knees all the way up to your chest as far as possible at a fast pace. DON'T BELIVE ME THEN TRY IT! TRUST ME IT WILL WORK!!!!!!! "IF" you do it right. :)

  • Last summer in Football we did all these workouts, I was quite sketchy to their efficiency but it turns out these are great workouts for explosiveness, speed, and vert! Great video Destorm and nice hops man lol/

    lol college and pro level track athletes are def some of the fittest athletes in the world. Not something that can be said so lightly.

  • @Dreadnaught89 our track athletes are in great shape dont get me wrong but i dont think they can hold a candle to us football players...just because we gotta run as much as they do and we got lift our ass off. yea they run yea they do plyos but we GOTTA do that stuff and more. just my personal opinion

  • @NinjaLinebacker I did football in highschool. and I know ppl who did Football and track in college. It's about the same, depending on how you're being trained. Track athletes also lift decently heavy weight. A track athlete also has to be lean as possible, but as you know thats not the case with a FB player depending on the position. Track athletes also need to be at 100% at their meets, while a Football player can be injured or slightly fatigued and still play.

    want to train this and get really better two times Ok ! but increase the preasure for greater jumping and leg transformation i dont wanna use weights just my own

  • @metalika930 you always want 30 seconds between reps and at least a minute or two between different drills so you can go at 100%.

  • @cryingindian Your muscles are very specific to your training type. When I trained athletes in the past, I trained very specific to their sport. For example, I have trained free style wrestlers on the ground for power because a lot of them grapple after a take down. When I train them upright, it's very specific to their most common movement (ie. shooting for the legs) and throws. I suggest you train power (explosive) specific to your fighting style. I don't know if this helps, just ask me again
