Can anyone, please, explain the complete LACK of that emotion when children are abused or when unborn infants are torn to pieces inside their mothers' wombs? Or when newborns are tossed into dumpsters because they are 'inconvenient'?
Shouldn't ALL of these 'victims' recieve equal compassion?

I run a non-profit rescue for bully breeds. Mostly the APBT. I have had some dogs that are difficult to contain, and I have worked my butt off to keep them where they need to be but everyone has their own kennel and NO ONE is EVER chained in my yard. Not one, not any of them.
This is sick, really sick. I come from a family where animals come first. People do this and they think its all right. Dogs are better than humas. They don't judge, and they will love you no matter what. Rich or poor. But still people think this is ohkayy. The people who do this do not deserve to live, they should be put in cages. Put the cages in the middle of a busy street and let people beat the shit out of them.

I saw an episode on Animal Cops in which a lady was charged with animal cruelty for starving her horses, was only fed bread & water for the first 3 days she was in jail plus pictures of the horses were put on her cell wall so that she would be reminded of why she was there. I thought that was great.
it's just fucked up the way people treat some dogs my dog was rescued from an abusive breeder and he is awesome so just pray the dogs get out the the twisted and sick fucking environment
Please, everyone can do something. Support your local SPCA and get involved in passing local legislation in your area to ban the chaining of animals as a means of confinement. Many communities have done so and it does make a difference. Write, call, get a bill sponsered.

Poor Daz.... I help run a Rottweiler rescue with my better half. I've seen a lot of horrible things.
