He is not american. His name is Artem Klimenko and he was very strong in his top shape. He has beaten Farid Usmanov in a supermatch, and has beaten taras ivakin with no problems

But WAF disqualified him after World Championships 2005 (first place in senior 100 kg both left and right) because he took steroids (nandrolone, stanazol etc)... I am sure that in 2005 Klimenko was able to fight against Voevoda and Brzenk with great chances to win :) Steroids make miracles ;)

you might be right, I'd say 16's though, once you consider the fact that he's a puller his forearm size is a little less proportional than a bodybuilders, that coupled in with the fact that he's a tall guy, might make his upper arm look smaller than it really is...who knows, they may only be 15's...
