Very good. Helped me understand CMG's and that they are applying the torque on a 3rd axis. Only trouble now I see is if you have rotated the angular momentum vector, then you've also rotated the 3rd vector which the torque acts through as a result surely, though this isn't visible on an armchair only free to rotate about a vertical axis.
