  • great recipe.. simple ingredients and easy to follow through... I love it. thanks for sharing

  • Youtube -

They Sold Their Souls For Rock And Roll

  • So is there a standard base for making curry?

  • @sethzky77 - Not really

  • @sethzky77 i personally think there is for most curries.. just saute a bunch of onions with garlic and ginger until browned then chopped tomatoes until it's a bit drier then blend this.. u can freeze this and take it out a bit at a time like i do

  • @LovingBundleOfHate thanks but don't you need to add some curry powder or something?

  • @sethzky77 i usually just put some tumeric, chilli powder, cumin and coriander powder.. to me it's the same almost for all of them

  • it looks like i will enjoy it alot with some steamed rise but the cilantro is realy not for my taste,i dont know if anyone feels the same.

  • Awesome.. i like yr recipes...

  • @2009blueice Thank you - spread the word around - I need more subsribers

  • yummy!

  • i am cooking this right now it looks gr8 i just added the shrimp :)

  • how long would it take to cook down the tomatoes without a pressure cooker

  • Love this one.

  • Nice recipe. Sheba, next time you make this, try adding puree or very very fine paste of 2 of your raw shrimps while you are cooking your masala mixture. Adding this shrimp paste to your masala will make the gravy in any shrimp dish SUPER flavorful - I highly recommend it.

  • this made me super hungry awsome job :)

  • i love your gravies...they're so smooth and spicy..!!!! thanks a lot

  • Sarah,

Thx - I could totally picture what you said.

I will put the Jalfrezi on my list - not sure when I can get to it.

  • @sfehmi Hey this curry dish looks great but why do you use olive oil? does it change the flavor much? as usually i use butter or sunflower oil.

  • @jameslee445 - It does not change flavor, however, it is good for your health. You can certainly cook it in sunflower oil.

  • @sarfrazfamily

i suggest you shud try using badshah brand or everest brand masalas. They taste better. just my opinion!

  • I tried your Bombay biryani. It was delicious...reminded me

of biryani I ate in India. Thank you so much...I still cant believe I made it

  • Thank you let me know how it turns out.

  • hi. i've tried this one ang my hubby loves it like crazy spclly the corn! thanks.

  • Saw a new way of making the masala. Usually after oil separates the tomatoes and onion then we put in the salt, haldi etc.etc. Alsi I hae never used pressure to make masala.

Will give your method a shot. Great idea. Thanks.
