She says "I won't have to work out paying my gas, I won't have to work out paying my mortgage".
She is talking about having to choose and "work out", whether she put's gas in the car to get to work, pays her mortgage bill or puts food on the table to feed her family because the economy is so bad between she doesn't have the resources to pay them all at once.
Lots of families are juggling with that in the USA and around the world.

CAMARILLO, Calif. (AP) — The price of a gallon of gasoline continues to climb, rising an average of 17 cents over the past two weeks.
That's according to the national Lundberg Survey of fuel prices released Sunday.
Analyst Trilby Lundberg says the U.S. price of regular grade gasoline was $2.66 a gallon on Friday when the survey was completed.
The price of mid-grade was $2.78 and premium was $2.90.

Do you have more money than your employer? Last time I checked, 99% of us are employed by the rich. The top 10% of households (by income) already pay almost 70% of the taxes. What happens when you raise the taxes on the rich? They take the hit, right? WRONG! Let me illustrate.
I work for LOWES and they are having a rough time and not making the money they would like. So, they cut hours, stopped hiring new workers, and raised prices.
Trickle down economics does work, and it works both ways.
