Do you have the movie Battered?? I've been trying to find it for ages. I remember watching it as an ABC tv movie of the week back in the 70's but they never, ever play it on tv any more and it was such a good movie.

It's strange to see her in alternative roles other than the 'matronly, nurturing, mothering type" as we all have known her to be on LHOTP. She often reminded me of my own mother, looks and all. :D I've also seen her in an episode of Gunsmoke called The Wiving; Karen plays one of the saloon girls.

There's just something about this woman that is just so charismatic. I watched the show as a teen and it was only in about 2006 that it really hit me as to how absolutely beautiful she is. Ok, I'll say it; I'm obsessed with her. She's 21 years my senior but I think about her every day. Would love to find a woman just like her to have and to hold.
