ALL cops are fair-game military targets. the cops are tools of the capitalist ruling class to maintain their monopoly on capital, property, and power. cops only exist to suppress anyone who steps out of the role of consumer or worker. anything they might happen to do that you might consider "good," is accidental. nobody has the right to impose their will, or the will of the ruling class, on anybody else. anyone who would take on such a job is a usurper and tyrant.
