  • i hate super hot weather and super cold weather..both triggers, and certain detergents, fragrances...apparently just a shitty diet doesn't help either....u all know what i'm saying...it sucks!

  • what age do they grow out of eczema because i have had it my whole life and i really hate it when people say whats wrong with you hand??? or anyplace that has the eczema

  • 10 months? I've had eczema my whole life, n00b.

  • i love me some grapefruit too

  • I have had eczema since I was born, and I eat these foods truly almost every day. Wow.

  • ten months.. pshh try 20 years.

  • Eggs are not dairy.

  • how about orange juice? is it ok or just oranges?

  • eggs are a protein, they are not dairy. also, triggers for one person may not be the same for another person. if one really wants to discover their personal eczema triggers you can try going raw for a couple of weeks and then slowly adding foods in and see what happens. food journal.

  • additivs in food is unhealthy and also white sugar.

  • Good video but Lemons or oranges never affected my eczema. I cleared up my eczema while eating them everyday

  • thank you so much ive had terrible exsema for most of my life so i will be staying away from those couple of foods

  • ugh...today i found out i have exzema... i looked it up on google thank god for ur video...i ate all three today...and i flared in exzema.. =[ im only 18 and a newlywed...with exzema on my hand. is it possible if in the future i have children...will they suffer from it as well?

  • does it make a difference if you eat satsumas/mandarins? +i drink milk from the container like every morning oh godd ahaa but mine is atopic eczema like an allergy so i dont know ahaaa

  • Shit, I drink coffee all the time and eat eggs. :x

  • No wonder I get so itchy all the time.. I Eat at least an orange daily... And my eczema is so itchy, that it starts bleeding

  • people who get dermatitis early on in life don't tend to get recurrences and they disappear...in adolescence and adulthood - most the time it sticks around. I agree with another commentator here that it is impossible to warn people against specific foods - rather keep a diary of food, eruptions and try to link.

  • You do realise there are multiple types of eczema, each one having hundreds and often completely different person to person causes? Just sayin'.

  • i thought oranges turned to alkaline when digested.

  • uhmm... i dont think eggs are dairy, but I will try to eliminate them from my diet :)

  • but my fingerse are really itchy! and a bump is appearing now.. and i always eat all 3! aagh

  • im facing it on my neck im 16 i hate being a teen

  • I have eczema, and I just ate 3 oranges before watching this video, argh!/:

  • Thank you soo mch for this video!<3 I am suffering with terrible eczema on my face, so thank you!!!!

  • I got an allergy test done at my allergist and I'm not allergic to milk. Should I still avoid it? (I have eczema). But I did find out that I am allergic to many other things like eggs, hazelnuts, grass, trees, mice, horses, nickel, and penicillin.

  • so what about soy milk?

  • Tomatos, lemons, limes, grapefruit all have citric acid, you should have mentioned that also instead of singling out just oranges. Vinigars, yeasts, molds and fungus too.

  • @ae86miami that's what she meant by "citrus fruits"

  • Eczema is caused by an allergic reaction to something in your diet and or environment. Figure out what your allergins are and eliminate them from you life. My triggers are dairy, wheat and corn. When I eliminate these from my diet, my eczema goes away. I've found that shea butter creams help to keep my skin from drying out. Some people have food allergins, but others have chemical allergins like soap and detergents. The challenge is to figure out your allergins and eliminate them.

  • @simplehealthyliving I agree with you all here. 10 months compared to 20 odd years in my case is nothing. I haven't quite firgured out what I'm allergic to in terms of foods, I've had eggs and milk and rice (I'm Asian) and nothing caused the flares when I had those foods, including chocolate. But of late I've had severe flare ups I went to the doctor twice now, once for a jab. It's crazy! I just did a liver cleanse and a colon cleanse but still the flare ups.

  • I ate eggs from my own chickens for years without a bad break out in my mild psoriasis type rash. Recently I reverted to store eggs (after our girls died) and I broke out within a day of eating them. Coincidence? Perhaps... Looking into similar tales i think its definitely related to what 'chemicals' go into the foods/vaccines for the animals or into the crops/products for pesticides, even the conspiracy about population control has merit to it when so many travesties are happening at once :-/

  • dont malign the eggs and dairy , it not them but the Hormones and antibiotics that are injected into them that cause the problem , if you get all natural eggs ( with no added hormones or antibiotics) and raw milk ( with no added hormones or antibiotics ) you will not have these reactions...also you can buy beef and chicken without the add ons , and you will notice the difference ( our food supply is poisoned with this unessasary additives forced upon an unsuspecting public)

  • phew, thought you were going to say hamburgers, fries and beer

  • be careful replacing dairy with soy milk. Soy beans are one of the largest Genetically modified crops and the studies show that people have a higher allergenic response to the GMO's. I would say coconut milk is the safest and you can try sesame milk too.

  • Apply Tai Chi Green Tea's tea bag on the skin will be great for geting rid of eczema!

  • does it cause the spits on the side of my lips?

  • what about bananaz?

  • I love your video, especially you on your own trying to find out what could be causing the eczema. My daughter has it and has seen specialist but no help. I did ask her not to have orange juice cause when she was a baby and drank orange juice or ate oranges she would get diaper rash. When I quit giving her oranges and the juice the diaper rash went away. Thanks.

  • Wow, this answers a lot of my questions because I have eczema in my ears and I happen to be lactose intolerant. I stay away from regular milk products and I only drink lactose free milk. I have noticed that if I eat a lot of milk products my ears do get really itchy and the skin gets very dry and flakey. But it's not too bad since I've cut a lot of dairy foods out .. Is there a link between the skin condition and lactose intolerance?

  • What can I replace for milk?

  • @pronation1 soy milk :)

  • @pronation1 Rice, almond, soy, coconut milk.

  • I eat a yogurt every day, is that ok? I also noticed that when I eat oranges or eggs my face feels all itchy, thanks for the video!

  • great video baby

  • THank you SO MUCH for posting this, I eat a high raw food diet and was trying to change fomr orange juice ot raw oranges instead asI heard they put flavour pack (enchancers) in all commercial ornage juice. When I drink orange juie I have no problems.

Today was the second day of eating oranges and while cutitng up pineapple I realized I had a flareup of eczema on my hand,I never thought it would be oranges! back to oj it is or open to other ideas.

    THANK YOU AGAIN!

  • @lukehard242 I have had problems with oranges, but not grapefruit! I eat a grapefruit everyday.
