Also people will be more reluctant to pick on him if he has some muscles. Finally I think working out would be a much better outlet for his aggression than to cut himself.

@BrittanysMusicUtube If you could give a better suggestion I would appreciate it because the kids are not going to just stop bullying him like that. When I was in school and fr many other people I talked to it was around sophomore year when everybody became cool with each other and accepted or at least tolerated others. Of course working out won't fix everything for him. It can however help boost his self confidence and give him some motivation.

I understand you are only trying to help this kid out, and thats amazing, but some of the things you mentioned in it, just didnt add up. My suggestion to him would be, just ignore them all as much as possible, and to always give himself some positive words in the mirror.

When I said that I don't believe people hate him for no reason I meant that people can see what he's got going on inside him. Working out is only one of the things he can do to improve himself.
