  • YOUR METABOLISM SLOWS DOWN. THERE IS 1000'S OF STUDIES IN ANIMALS AND HUMANS SHOWING A LOWER BODY TEMPERATURE,REDUCED APPETITE, INCREASED SEDANTARY BEHAVIOUR AND REDUCED ENERGY NEED AT THE CELLULAR LEVEL. Im sorry for the caps but stop lying to people. How can you do this? You are completing going against all the research done by physiologists , biochemists, nobel prize winners etc.

    NONSENSE

  • @donal2777 ugh no ur nonsense, metabolism has literally nothing to with anything its another word for activity and peple lie about their diets thats why this crap is this way....I eat more more weight i eat less less weight activity fluctuates so does eight Marine Corps rules stop eating so damn much and exercise more

  • Simple wrong again. Your metabolism does slow when you reduce intake as your body adjusts. Nonsense again.

  • @Donal277 I agree that he should've answered the question more thoroughly, but he's not necessarily wrong. It seemed more like he was answering the question of "have I slowed down my metabolism because I've stopped losing weight?" and that's not always the case. On the other hand, yes, if you eat less than the amount of calories your body needs to simply function for too long a time, then your metabolism will slow down. This doesn't mean you will stop losing weight immediately. That depends-

  • @Donal277 -on how drastic a caloric deficit you've made (i.e. 0 calories vs. 50% of your calories). If you're taking in very little, your body will hold on to and use the stored energy (fat) and then move on to secondary reserves (muscles) until the body stops functioning. So in that respect, if you are literally starved to death, you will continue to lose weight until death. However if you eat around 50-60% your metabolic rate may slow to the point of 50% being your new maintain calorie intake.

  • many people think fat is inactive padding. in fact it is metabolicly active and burns calories all on it's own. as your fat level goes down so will your caloric needs.

it's OK though kids, your body will know this and you won't be hungrier, as long as you lose at a reasonable rate.

    nice vid Steve,

in your blogtalkshows you often mention the "calorie deficit" i created a very big calorie deficit possibly to big i used to take in 3500cals and now im only takeing 1000 or less witch is almost all fruits and vegetables on top of this 6 days of cardio for 2 hours each day mostly walking fast but some jogging aswell and weights 3 days a week all of this can not be normal to maintain a 100kg body,im enjoying getting in shape but right now im losing patients when im staying the same weight

  • P1

hi steve i always trust what you say and i listen to your blogtalkshows witch i have lernt so much from however on this video u are either wrong or you didn't explain fully or i didn't understand "if u were eating to little you would be loseing weight" but right now im only eating 1000cals or less each day and doing cardio for 1 hour 6 times a week,i started this 5 weeks ago at 106kg but 5 days ago i got to 100kg up untill then i was doing well but for the last 5 days ive stayed at 100kg

  • i can eat what ever when ever, because of 10miles aday on a cycle my weight is always 158-163lb thou i cant get more weght without feeling lethargic what can i do

  • Thank you Steve. I have been on weight watchers (consistently) since January 1, 2010. I am over 350 and I have hit a plateau. My excuse for not exercising was I am eating better and the weight will eventually do down. After viewing this video, I know that I must excercise to see a considerable amount of my weight loss. Thanks again.

  • GOOD ADVICE

  • Hey Steve, it seems like my muscle building progress has slowed big time. Why is this? I work out very hard...

  • @SplinterCell4729 Remember, muscle growth begins to slow as your ody gets used to it's workouts. Might be time to increase the intensity!

  • "you cannot eat less and less indefinetly "

    EXACTLY

my mom and alot fo people tell me you eat too much , infact i eat quality food but less then them..

I walk to work its 3 hour walk (i walk very slow i am a slow person) but still i hve not gone down alot.

I have been a grown believer that you must find a way for you rbody to loose weight and that you cannot force it by scaring it with lessfood , on contrary.

  • but i heard also heard that if you eat less you can slow your metabolism down and consequently put on weight so whats going on?

  • If you eat considerably less then you burn for an extended period of time, you can and probably will slow your metabolism down. You will not put on weight because of this, you will just lose more slowly and more likely then not over time you will consume lean tissue as your body preserves fat for organ and brain function as a survival mechanism during a state of perceived starvation. If you decide then to resume a higher caloric intake with a slowed metabolism, you will put on fat weight quickly.

  • thanks for clearing that up. i am eating the same amount but better stuff and am working out a great deal also. i think its working.

  • @technopath100 thats true. In the absentce of training with just calorie restriction If you lose 2 pounds you lose 1lb body fat and of 1lb muslce . Muscle is active tissue that means it BURNS calories even at rest so that is why dieting alone is doomed to fail beacuse when you return to old eating pattens your body does not have as much active tissue to burn calories so you put on more fat as a reslut. To lose weight effectively muscle training and a good diet are the starting point to work from.

  • @technopath100 through fluctuations in calorie intake the body will temporarily slow down metabolism and then you can either put it in check by eating a balanced mid calorie meal and balance your bodys metabolism but if you eat a big meal you'll actually put on weight and the chances are you will because your hungry

the lesson is eat regularly throughout the day

  • Steve,

    become a beachbody coach!!

  • there is a confusion here, steve is right but you cant stop eating less then 2 1 meals.

if steve agrees with me its about meals not about necesseray how mcuh. right?

so more meals a day 4 6 i eat 4 with good result i snack with fruits .. and i feel atleast awake and healthy.

  • When you eat too little and work out long and maybe even high impact, the workout's gonna eat up not just your body fat but also your muscle tissue. The less muscle you have, the less calories you burn. I hate to say this but I know that this is one of the most common mistakes especially women make. You have to provide your body with fuel. Food is fuel. If you don't give your body the right amount of energy, it will eat up its stored energy, meaning fat AND muscle.

  • I hate to say this but when guys tell me they eat a lot but don't gain weight 99% of the time they don't eat that much. My suggestion is start lifting. This will increase your appetite and add muscle instead of fat. My site will be up in a few days and I'll have may favorite exercises featured.

    ~Steve

  • is there any creatin pilz against fast metabolism?

  • Hi there steve...i need a hand please. im 16 6ft 4 and 68.5KGs .. i eat junk food all the time but i dont seem to put on waight,.. yet im quite active beacuse i have ADD.. please help me

  • you're young and your metabolism is through the roof right now. when you get a couple years older lift weights. and chill with the junk food, just eat cleanly more often. it sounds like youre very active and not eating enough for how active you are. do body weight exercises until you start lifting weights.

  • Thanks Steve. I've been on all kind of diets for several years, I lost weight but I never really became aware that most of this weight loss was water and muscle protein. For over three months now I work out as hell, sometimes twice a day. My BMI is around 20. I eat about 3000 calories or even more without gaining weight. I love eating. Starting to work out intense was one of the best choices in my life.

The key to a great body is not reducing the amout of food but to intensify the training.

  • 3000 cal a day you must be conquest in bed

  • Thank you for your kind words. I wish you continued success with your fitness journey. I love that saying! Please share my knowledge with your friends. My new site should be up around April 1st.

  • Steve, this is a very important video. I think, everyone should first watch this video. When I cut down my calories to 1100 and exercised 5 days a week, some people scared the shit out of me by saying , I will loose weight for sometime, but after that, my body will have lots of problems , because it will slower the metabolism.

Awesome video Steve. We have a saying in India "What is the use of that knowledge which cannot be propagated".

    thanks

  • I think that a person's metabolism slows down with age, due to the loss of muscle.

  • Thank you!

  • wow. very informative.

  • i take the drug lexipro also and i gained 20 pounds!

  • Not a problem or a big deal. Time to simply eat a few bites less at each meal (or 1/3 less at each meal) and start walking EVERY day for 30 mintues at a fast pace. Then just give it time. It will come off.

  • Steve, what do you suggest for people who maintained their weight for years, then started gaining weight after being put on a medication? For the past 5 years I've always maintained my weight but was put in an anti anxiety drug called lexipro. Been gaining a pound ever other week now and up 10 pounds in 5 months. Not happy!

  • hey im 15 i have a very big body i'm like 1.92 meters verry large shoulders and musculair by nature i have a question i'm a little overweigh and i have that extra skin that i really want to lose.. so i think that building muscle can replace that extra skin because i dont want to weight till i'm 20 like my doctor told me... can you help me tell me what to eat to gain muscle faster and tight up my body and skin :) :) :) and thank you...... please reply

  • Thank you! That's nice to know.

  • Great video! Thank you so much for the info, Steve!

I'm incredibly happy I found your channel here :)!!!

  • Hey, i'm 14 years old and ive been working out for 2 years every second day.

    I HAVNT SEEN ANY results.

Is because i'm not eating well? or is it because i have a really fast metabolism?

Please reply, because i aint getting any bigger.

  • Keep up the good work!

When I was younger, about 12 or so, I was so skinny, a puff of wind could have blown me over. I was so skinny you could see my ribs.

I started seriously lifting when I was about 13 and it took a long time for it to really show. I didn't start seeing noticeable size till I was about 17. Now, at 25, people sometimes ask me if I use steroids (that's when you know you're pretty big LOL).

As long as youre getting stronger the size will come, trust me. Stick with it.

  • hey im 16 and im skinny with a fast metabolism and i was wondering, why is it that when i eat the fat only stay in my stomach, and i mean that literally the only thing that increases in size is my stomach. my arms and shoulders stay skinny and so do my legs, my stomach is the only part of my body thats getting bigger why? why isnt all the proteins and all that spreading throughout my body, why are my arms, legs not getting bigger bu my stomach is?? plz reply

  • Yeah, I have the same exact problem. It's pretty much genetic. The only thing you can do is right and exercise. The only way to spot reduce fat is lipo suction.

  • I know why it goes to your stomack because thats the first place it stores, keep eating it will start to go to other parts arms, legs face you are young...when u see someone lose weight the stomack is the last place it leaves

  • you are soo right. you lose weight on the good places first..luck for some ppl its butt...boobs...legs...arms...stomach..and then face. =/ <<<ME

  • 1) When guys reach puberty their musclar development & strength increases. 2) Keep working out consistently & intensely. It will happen.

  • really my brothers going threw puberty and hes getting stronger then me

  • "Is because i'm not eating well? or is it because i have a really fast metabolism?"

ok so u must be an Ectomorph, a hard gainer. Here's a few things u need to know, u need to train harder, and eat more, i m an Ectomorph too! as an ectomorph u need to greatly increase your calories! just times your body weight by 16, that'll give u the # of calories u need, only if u wanna build muslce.

  • "Hey, i'm 14 years old and ive been working out for 2 years every second day.

    I HAVNT SEEN ANY results."

ok so u need to train each body part only once or twice a week, with a rep range of 8-12 to build muscle, and remember try to train intensely for a short duration, which means your workouts should only last 30-45min, anymore than that will increase the insulin levels in ur muscles, which will break down the muscle fibers.

GL on your training mate, lots of success on ur way!! ;)

  • hey hectik well if youve been working out with the same weights you should try going up a knoch im 14 and ive been working out for 3 years and i have seen results i can bench 203

  • hmmm gonna try that too as well.. i have a pretty slow metabolism since i was a child..not to mention constipation +_+

  • Good . But I lost over 30 lb in one month using weight loss plan from LSWEIGHT(.)INFO

Hello, I have done Weight Watchers and it really works BUT if you do not stay with it, you gain it all back and more. IF a person can stay with the program and make it a way of life, it will work. It is not hard. It just teaches a person the right way to eat for their proper height and weight. Drinking the correct amount of water seems to help alot!

  • There really is no such thing as a high metabolism. It's more the results of either being very active or not eating much.

  • how about if you have high metabolisms?

  • i am looking for some food that takes longer to digest so when i go to sleep i can keep my self in anabolic state. Has to have about 50% protein and carbohydrates so my body can really stay in anabolic state.

  • OH i forgot LOVE YOUR BODY

  • Don't worry about it. You certainly will not become catabolic in 8-10 hours.

  • ENLIGHTENING!

  • Steve, love your videos! I have stalled! I lost about 45 pounds and have been stuck at around 149 for over a year. I do cardio 5 times a week and weights 2 or 3 times. What gives? Eat less? Oh and I am female.

  • So what is a recommended calorie intake each day? 1200? 1500? This would be to lose weight.

  • 500-800 calories a day is the minimum.

  • where did u get that ?

  • how much do you weight

  • I'm sorry, but I'd have to see the muscle to give you an acurate answer.

  • Hi i just started dieting and working out about a month ago, my stomach is getting smaller, but i have a large ball of muscle in my upper stomach and lots of lower fat on my stomach. Just wondering if this will get smaller, I like to get a 6 pack with a flat stomach, do some guys just have this or does it go away. I notice some guys are more pear shaped when they get fat they dont have the same ball of muscle in the upper stomach.

  • Yes, either eat better quality food or just eat a bit less (300-400 calories.) Either way we want to take in slightly fewer calories. Then start lifting and doing cardio on a regular basis. This will create a deficit and you'll lose weight but you have to give it time.

  • Steve, I have made the unfortunate decision to create a serious calorie deficit, which I have been doing for a month, and I'm afraid it has slowed my metabolism. I don't want to continue eating once a day. I currently lift weights, and do cardio exercises. I was wondering how to gradually work my body back into its normal mode, which is recieving a good amount of food while maintaining the same weight. Should I just eat normally again and continue to workout?

  • i just have too say that the metabolism depends on your daily activity...so if ur just sitting and watch Steve´s video u wont loose weight/fat cuz sitting is kind of activity which doesn push your rpm/metabolism...i recommend cardio training when u wake up ..i do hiit(180-190rpm)or just constant running(140-160rpm)so it depends on your rpm (heartrate) AND how much calories you have taken...and adde some weighttraining in middle of a day...i like pumping ..i did HiT=highbloodpreasure

  • Absolutely! Some are funny, some uninformed, some ridiculous and some just rude.

  • Steve this is some funny stuff. You must look at the comments on these videos and laugh sometimes! People bringing up religion in a slowed metabolism video? People come up with the weirdest debates...

  • wow this guy knows his stuff nice.

  • yes, but u cant just eat less and less with excercise. for example.. if u only eat 2 meals a day your body will store more fat than if u eat 3 meals a day, with a healthy snack in between. eating less, with long periods of time in between each meal, forces your body to lean towards starvation mode. which means that your body isnt sure when it will get the nutrients it needs and it stores more fat so it can use it later if you dont eat. so, u must eat healthy throughout the day and excercise

  • how many calories to maintain 175 lbs for a 6 foot 1 guy, sedentary

  • okayyy why is everyone talking about religion on a weight video? lol but seriously, this guy makes a lot of sense! thank you

  • It does come across as extremely strange. LOL

  • lol we're arguing about spirituality on this guy's stupid video lmfao

  • "It's God's fantasy."

    no evidence for that

and no, you are not free of your evolutionary past all of a sudden. you still contain the same sensory organs as the rest of us.

  • A human being is much more than just a bunch of sensory organs. You only see the physical world. You reject the spiritual world, because you're afraid of it. You're afraid of God. You're afraid of the unknown, because the unknown cannot be controlled by your rationalism. Surrender!

  • i'm not afraid of the unknown, the unknown is what science feeds off of. plus we can never know everything so there is always an infinite amount of unknowns that we don't know (lol?)

i think it's more frightening to say a soul doesn't exist, but i didn't say it doesn't exist, just that there is no evidence for it and here you are speaking as if it does and telling me to surrender

  • Surrender to the unknown. Why do you want to control everything? Why are you rationalizing everything? Why are you always looking for evidence? Let it go and jump from the mountain top into the unknown. Are you afraid to jump? The universe is a miracle. God is a mystery. But you're right about one thing; it's funny that we're arguing about spirituality on this guy's stupid video.

  • it's not control, just curiosity for the natural world.

okay, show me how to jump off this mountain.

do i do this by becoming a conspiracy theorist, bible thumper, church attendee, and/or mountain yodeler?

will i develop dementia or schizophrenia in the long run from these acts?

i don't understand what part belief plays in all this. if there is an experience to be had after death then everything that dies is going to experience it regardless if they believed in it or not. prove this is wrong

  • Too much curiosity will become control. For example, people keep animals in a zoo, because they are extremely curious for the natural world. But a tiger in prison is not a real tiger anymore. You can jump off this mountain by recognizing the existence of something that's much bigger than yourself. Some people call that God. Dementia and schizophrenia are diseases. Spirituality is not a disease. Believe is the bridge to God.

  • Who says that everything that dies is going to experience it? Maybe insects won't experience it. You can't speak for insects, because you're a human being. Maybe God has a different plan for human beings.

  • How can you even begin to speculate the details of your ideas when you have no evidence for them? Perhaps there is a Maltheist God or perhaps there is no God at all. What if the universe is all that is was and ever will be. We don't know for sure. That's my point.

Sounds to me like you are the one who is trying to control the universe for comfort purposes by saying some spiritual reality exists that will allow you to live forever.

O, and a whale is bigger than me, so is the 'uni'verse!

  • You are looking for evidence again. The need for evidence is a sign of insecurity. You must be very insecure. A believer doesn't need evidence. I know whales are bigger than me, so is the universe. But who created those whales? Who created the universe? Why can't you admit there's an Almighty Spirit that created all those big animals and the whole universe. God created the Big Bang, evolution, chemistry, mathematics and all sciences. God is the original scientist and architect!

  • It's very obvious that you're an atheist. I just want you to know: ATHEISM IS A RELIGION!

  • No, i'm a pantheist.

    "A believer doesn't need evidence."

Of course you don't. You believe what ever makes you feel good not knowing if it's right or wrong. That's not me. I care about the truth, if truth exists.

    "Who created the universe?"

Why are you calling it a "Who"? Why not a What? See! You're already biased!

"Why can't you admit there's an Almighty Spirit"

Because, there is no evidence for the existence of one and to me belief is a meaningless word. No one knows for sure.

  • Where did God come from? If this is an unanswerable question why not save a step and conclude that the origin of the universe is an unanswerable question. Or if we say that God always existed why not save a step and conclude that the universe always existed.

  • "Conclude that the universe always existed" Well, I think you have to be very careful with taking conclusions. I prefer open endings. Science is based on conclusions. Believe is based on open endings. A believer believes in the endless; anything is possible. We will never know God. God created order in the universal chaos, but at the same time God is also chaos. Yin and yang. Life and death. Physical and spiritual. Rational and irrational. Good and bad. God is all of them.

  • "You're not a pantheist, because you deny the existence of God."

Pantheism is a redefinition of the word God. The 'uni'verse is God. It's not a personal God that answers your prayers and looks after you, but you are made of the universe, it gave you life, and it is currently sustaining your life functions. Plus I'm not "denying" your definition of a God because you cannot prove it exists. I have an open mind. I can be swayed if evidence arrives.

  • Maybe God is the universe or maybe God is not the universe. Maybe there's only one universe or maybe there are multiple universes. Maybe there's one God or maybe there are many Gods. Maybe God is good or maybe God is evil. Who knows? All I know for sure is that God exists. I can't see God, but it still exists. Can you see the wind? No, but it still exists, because you can feel it. Can you see love in a concrete visible way? No, but it still exists, because you can feel it in your heart.

  • "All I know for sure is that God exists"

    No you don't.

  • Good joke!

  • Well you have no evidence for your claims and that's what it comes down to.

  • What does taking life serious have to do with this discussion. That's like saying an atheist can't read the Bible (or w/e ancient book) and admire some parts of it.

  • Scientists take life too seriously, because they're always looking for answers. God is a serious scientist, but God is also a funny clown. The line between a theory and a joke is very small.

  • In this case I think he is missing the point of the weight of the muscles, muscles cells weight is about the double as fat cells, so you is are getting more fit but don't lose weight, stop looking at the numbers on your scale, through it out, have instead some clothes that you can feel the difference in and look in the mirror, that is alot better, then a scale

  • omg this makes so much sense

  • pfft, so he takes care of his body, some people like to be healthy, don't hate because you'd rather sit on your butt and get chunky, don't rationalize your own bad habits by saying 'that guy is an obsessed gorilla'

  • Dumb bitch, you don't even know me. I'm 1m75 and 57 kg. I'm slim and healthy. I sit on my butt, because I don't need exercise, because I will NEVER be fat, okay!? Stop the hating! Why do you defend that gorilla? You must be a boy that's in love with him.

  • I just have to ask, were you the kid that was picked last in gym class and shoved in garbage cans by the football team?

  • First of all; stop acting like a therapist.

Second; yes, I was picked last in gym class, because I was black and all other boys were white. Are you happy now?

  • a soul? hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... what are those? lol

is that like a figure of speech for the brain?

  • A soul never dies. Only your body will die someday.

  • you have no evidence for that

  • I have evidence and that's me. I'm a spirit. You don't believe me? I will show up in your dreams when you're sleeping. Scared yet?

  • sounds like fantasy

  • Hahaha. Planet Earth is a fantasy. It's God's fantasy. Reality doesn't exist. Only in your mind. Even the whole universe is a fantasy. It's God's fantasy. You think I'm crazy, don't you? Well, I am crazy.

  • NOT planet earth is in the third dimensional state. yes matter doesn't actually exists is only a illusion of an idea. Yes We all are one consciousness experience itself subjectively.

  • My pleasure!

  • I think people rely too much on heart rate monitors so they don't have to work as hard! Why? Because our goal is to RAISE our hearts ability to beat while it's under stress. This means that you have to pass your "heart rate fat burning zone." This strengthens your cardio vascular system causing you to get in BETTER shape. So the next time you exert the same amount of effort your heart will then beat SLOWER!

  • Great point, thanks steve! Your videos changed my focus a while back to always be on intensity, whether its lifting or running (sprint intervals), with great results. I was more curious about your thoughts on the accuracy of these products -- but your comment answers my question because how could a heart rate monitor know how strong your heart is. Thanks again and keep up the videos.

  • Hey Steve, love your show. While i dont use it religiously, i often use a heart monitor to monitor my calories burned throughout the day, from biking to work, to going to the gym, even golfing. I've learned so much about intensity and calories burned. Do you have any experience with any of these sorts of gadgets (such as Nike Plus or heart rate monitors)?

    cheers!

  • You might not be eating enough during the day. Try some fruit at night. It's low in calories, high in fiber, has lots of water and nobody ever got fat from eating fruit!

  • whe using the calorie scheme you describe how can i increase muscle mass ( gain weight) and decrease bodyfat (lose weight) at the same time, or is it not possible?

  • STEVE!!! I have a question, im dieting but i get really hungry at night!! and i tend to sometimes ruin my diet cause im hungry!! wht should i do to prevent this?? do u have any vidoes tht may answer my question?

thanks alot steve ur vidoes rock!

  • I'm sure as hell not Steve, but I've found the best way to curb late-night hunger pangs is to eat. :P Just make sure it's something that doesn't ruin your calorie deficit. When I was cutting weight, I ate apples at night, simply because they're filling (fiber) and only about 55 calories a piece. Good luck!

  • helP PLEAsE !!!

    Steve

i have been doing cardio for two months and i have lost 9 pounds i burn 600 calories in the elliptical machine everyday but i stop losing weight at 146 and i increase my exercise by 15 minutes more on the climbing machine 2 weeks ago and i went down to 143 but this week after doing the same i didnt lost any weight , do you know why .....any recommendations ....thanks

    jonathan ....

  • Remeber 15 mintue extra may be about 150-200 calories. So it will take about 2 weeks before you lose a pound.

  • Its true. The more weight you lose, the less your metabolism needs to burn to stay at the same level, even if that weight is pure fat. So at a set calorie consumption, you will eventually bottom out, at which point you must get more aggressive with your weight loss plan. YOU CANNOT slow your metabolism down by not eating enough; if that were true anorexia would cause comas, not extreme weight loss.

  • Great video! ^O^ I don't know how much I weigh now though..I'm probably still at 300 @_@

  • does lifting weights stop your growth?

  • Wow, spot on information.

  • Great video Steve! Thanks for sharing! *JENIFER*

  • Everyone, listen to this man. I dropped 30 pounds (175 to 145) simply taking his advice and getting off my ass, dieting, and exercising intensively.

  • Hey, I weigh 175 and want to get down to 145. What a coincidence. Thanks for inspiring!

  • Or, will there be a good balance that will eventually be struck?

  • Steve makes a good point. But these is one thing I do not understand. Just like you can't decrease the amount of calories you are taking in indefinitely, can a person increase the amount of exercising they are doing indefinitely? Will I have to exercise four+ hours a day with intensity?

  • Steve, while I usually really enjoy your videos, the metabolism DOES "slow down" and "speed up" at times. Usually not as often as people think it does, but once upon a time I was in treatment for bulimia and there were two different doctors that gave presentations about how to regulate our metabolisms again.

  • Interesting. Thanks alot Steve.

  • Steve, can you please ask YT to select non-junkfood ads for your videos? Aside from the absurdity advertising Oreos alongside your good fitness/weight loss guidance, this ad placement doesn't cast their product in a particularly good light. It's like, "Hey folks, in case you weren't sure what kind of food will make you fat the fastest, allow me to present exhibit A...."

  • Unfortunatety, I don't think I have any control over the ads they use.

  • So true! It frustrates me when people say you gain weight when you diet!

  • my gosh tell me about it.....-_-

  • I think that if you're not going to the WC for three days (I mean second thing :D) then you have slow down your metabolism for sure, I judge by that, what do you think STEVE?

  • Thanks! I'll be exercising a little more.

  • ^_^ thank you

  • Makes sense. Great Video Steve. Ya no one gets to say "FIRST COMMENT" this time sorry
