@Synysterxfanx666x Yes. You need a new motherboard. The zune motherboards suck. My randomly went out. Everything works, but it won't sync to my computer. So I got rid of the POS and bought an ipod 4g. It is so much better. Itunes is a breeze compared to zune marketplace and it can do thousands more things than the zune.

@xxforgexx Cool. Ive got a case, full body invisibleshield, zune pass, and klipsch image s4's to go with mine. At home, I have the zune hd av dock connected to my tv via hdmi for video and audio playback.

i droped my zune hd and the screen broke :/ just hoping ms gets replacement screens soon but for the moment i got a ipod touch for Christmas :/ i prefer my zune hd more

Are you sure about that? It happened to mine and literally everyone that I know with a Zune HD...all two of them! I got mine from Amazon and my friends got theirs from Best Buy. Same problemo!

thats interesting. the zune hd i got started to have a glitch with the screen and turning more then have the screen blue. plus to a down side to that the video and graphics are not working properly at all.

Meh I guess. I think it was a faulty device straight out of microsoft because it didn't start right away so it's not like Bestbuy people dropped it or anything. I got a new one as one of my Christmas gifts this year anyways. I wanna load 4.3 on there. I had 4.1 when it broke

Microsoft, they can't seem to get it right on the first generations, but the ones after that always kick ass. The one reason I sold my Zune though, their music program is retarded, I mean, you don't get to keep songs. I always liked iTunes, but I do like the Zune other than that.

@evin674 o_O You do get to keep songs like Itunes if you want to. There is a way to BUY the songs. The ZunePass may not be for everyone, but at least it is there for people who want to use it.

I don't think you understand the Zune pass. It's a subscription service where you can download as many song as you like. Then you can keep 10 songs at the end of the month(Just a bonus and something MS didn't have to do). If you don't like the subscription, then pay per album/song just like you would at iTunes.

Oh I know. Everyones got one. Yeah when my zune broke it was on firmware 4.1. Now, 4.3 looks great with the free games. I'm asking for another 32gb zune HD as one of my christmas gifts, and a 12 month zune pass to

Yeah same my parents didn't want to ethier but it's fine. It just asks for it and you don't get charged a thing. And after the trial it just stops. It doesn't start charging like some. So you shouldn't be charged at all if you just do the trial. Oh and I think it's $180 but that gives you 10

mp3's you get to actually keep each month, and unlimited downloads each month you can only listen I while subscribed(so the whole 12 months)and if you re new next year you get to keep listening to the songs

do month a time but it is pretty pricey. But the zune

HD is a lot more then it for 12 months. But I want one of

Yeah, the screen now shines in brilliant white. It's like snowflakes all over the screen. Mine was just like yours ... but then the whole screen became blue. Then it stopped working... sucks.

That does not look like a screen problem. It could be something else, like the Tegra display processor, or something in the firmware just not loading right. I guess if you already reinstalled the firmware, there's not much else to do, though. Strange.

I think its the OLED screen and not the software, OLED screens are known to fade out quick with colors like blue pixels fading first.
