you should get a case that allows you to implement the speakers in a fold away position. you could also add wider speakers. just a thought

Nah, not possible. There wouldn't be any space inside for them. I saw it. The 2g ipod touch has a paper-thin speaker inside instead.

Yeah, the best way would have used a dock connector instead of the headphone jack but this was just a cheap solution to $20 ipod speakers kinda like these. Anyway these are ok and are a little bit louder than the 2g ipod touch speaker, though they really drain the battery. Anyway these are only suggestions.

Like I said, this was never truely a mod since I never opened up my ipod. If I ever buy one of those dock connectors with all 30 pins and ready to mod, I'll make a video on how to make it. Even this isn't really a mod since it does not involve opening the ipod.

Remember that if you want to use a razr, you can only make a single speaker mod since the razr only has one power speaker inside. My razr broke and I tried to get spare parts from another razr off ebay, but that didn't work out too well, so I just jacked both speakers and made the thing. Also, I doesn't sound bad if you only use one speaker.
