Tried the rosemary in the marinade before roasting the mphello. Worked quite well. Think I'll try braised mphello ribs tonight. Haven't decided on a sauce yet but I think a Heineken Gold should wash him down pretty good.

The young black people i know are not like that...but then again i live in a posh area and was raised with discipline, both parents are doctors. But i do agree that alot of young blacks esp. in South/East London are like fucking animals and i have no sympathy if they got the electric chair, i also do feel intimidated at times.
