    Arima appears before and after the commercial ad,

    and he's teaching American football to kids who watch this anime.

    This anime (and Arima's football clinic) is supported by NFL Japan (just check the official website of NFL Japan)

    i don't know why you say it's boring but i think it's a good thing because it promotes American football to everyone in Japan.
