Just out of curiosity. So how do you go about hiring on as a driver for driving the big mining trucks? Do you need a CDL, commercial truck drivers license? Is it a seniority based thing? How do you apply?

@CoastStarlight11 No CDL required to drive these big boys. There not DOT approved vehicles, those trucks only operate on mining property, no public roads so like I said no CDL required but experience driving a haul pack truck usually is required from previous work experience.
