I was on hold for... mayby 40 mins , but i had to pee... i do like you, i decide to go pee... for sure, in middle of my buisness, the lady take the phone and tell me : have you your bill ( i think i called Videotron or stuff like that )

i'm sure in her head, she said : why you don't prepare this before, you have the time.

I know it's unhealthy but I could be on hold for a few hours! Sometimes I'm on hold for 4-5 hours. Once 7 hours, it was so long I nearly forgot, then suddnely needing to rush to the bathroom!

Was waiting for a phone call back from the GM of my cell phone provider, he was about to let me know what he was going to give me as compensation for his staff's mistakes which had cost me 200.00. I waited about a half hour like you lol, but omg I had to tinkle .. so I ran into the mall, and I KNEW he was going to call as soon as I sat down .. and YEP! lol he rang mid tinkle lolol .. and I just moved my purse around and just carried on talking! lolol ... a gal's gotta do what a gal's gotta do!
