When you think about how big the universe is there's a good chance there will be a perfect habitable area for life to grow and where we are is an example of one. This is very cool in 1080p indeed. And is a good video to get an understanding how big things are. Orion looks so far away with the naked eye and to think how close it is to us is sick.

question: when they say ''travelling at the speed of light it will take 1500 years''

do they mean 1500 years for the person travelling? or is that 'earth time' because i heard time slows down if you travel at the speed of light, so would it be 1500 years to us on earth and the traveller would get there quicker or 1500 years for the traveller but longer in time of people back on earth?

@ox4poluter Bad choice of words on NG's part; nothing with mass (stuff that's made of atoms, like people for example) can travel exactly the speed of light, but you can get arbitrarily close, it just takes enormous amounts of energy. If you do go 0.999c, a stationary observer off to the side will measure 1500 years from the point you left to the time you arrived, but you will measure 65 years on your wristwatch. At 0.9999c, this drops to 21 years and so on; google "relativity calculator".
