hello! thanks for the tutorial! a few question for you though:
1.) Would "gaussian blur" or any other "blurs" achieve this goal? I am working with very big pictures, so doing a whole outline could take a while, would I still get this same effect?
2.) It's always the hair that looks the less blended in my bgs. The type of hair I am working with are locs, but I imagine this problem could arise with individual braids too. Are there any other methods for blending hair?
Good questions. Yes, there are actually several different ways to achieve the desired results. As of now, I have only posted the basic methods. More advanced methods are to come shortly.
1)Depending on your version of Photoshop, try feathering the selected subject one or two pixels(alt+ctrl+d).
2)Hair is the hardest and this basic method will take too much time. The best method for hair will be my next tutorial. I hope to get it out by June 4th.
