MK says so himself, in that interview from 2008 - i doubt he remembers exactly what vocals he chopped up for that famous line, but the gist is there: it's not supposed to make sense; they are chopped up and resequenced words that he sampled from the original acapella.

Yes, by modern version I mean RIPPED OFF version by Pit Bull. Ironically, half my mp3 collection consists of original classics from 1960 - 1980 and their "hip-hopified" remakes since 2000. I have them on my mp3 just to educate people what is going on with music. It's SAD.
