No, no they don't. They stole code from Runescape's game engine and just created websites that used it. Jagex gets nothing from it. And why bother? If they wanted private servers, Jagex would allow them on their website so they can get ALL the money from advertising and such.

RSPS is based on Java, I've been programming for 2 years and myself own a private server, but we don't like it being called private server it's either server, RSPS, or by it's name.(We can choose what we call our servers).

There are many revision, current, old or any.

I want to correct you. The video card does nothing with Runescape. Runescape is a java based game, and java doesn't use hardware acceleration, which means it uses the video card. Java uses strictly processing power.
