Thank you for the reply. We went to London for the very first time a few weeks back and one of the "must see" places for me was Ronnie Scott's night club. Caught Mingus Dynasty there that night for 2 exhilarating sets plus the first set by the Ronnie Scott all stars. We had to leave for Germany very early the next morning, otherwise we would've stayed for more. BT's playing is top notch in this clip and the keyboard solo has a very nice feel to it as well. 10 stars to you again for posting this.
Nice memory. I believe that BT discovered the Balinese Pelog scale when Playing with Neil Ardley on Kalaidoscope of Rainbows. I remember helping to carry Colin's electric grand up 2 flights of stairs for a concert in a pub in Hull. It was heavy!. The music was worth the aches.
BT is brilliant. Hiseman plays impossible things. Dill Katz is probably the best bassist in the world. Colin Dudman is no slouch either. Seen BT a few times. Once in a pub in Cardiff with what I think was a 'scratch' band.
