Ugandan water - the only solution to this crisis is to get water from uganda:

kenya is 70% semi-arid we don't have enough water, electricity and land to grow food, but the ugandans have all three.

kenya and uganda should form a new economic pact:

1. a water pipeline should be built from uganda to kenya.

2. desalination plants should be built at the coast to desalinate sea water, building boreholes will not be enough.

3. the kenya govt. should lease of ugandan land and plant food crops

We have fertile land but the government lack brains to dig boreholes, conserve watertowers and implement massive irrigation system thereby employing kenyan, setting up food processing plants.
