this band never became cooler than this song and a couple others.... never really became a band i craved to throw on all the time.... This particular track is basically a stoneroses rip.
I really loved this band, when I was 16 I tried so hard to dress and look like the lead singer. I'm such a pathetic yankee, got me girls though! the Manchester look works really well in the autumn here in california.

70's was the best music era..no doubt, no argument, period. I was a teenager in the late 80's, the music scene was incredible. So much good music and most of it coming from the indie scene. The the 90's came, and it all went down the toilet. Never been the same.
Dancing to the bones. Nunca tinha vista algo tão dançante. Procurei isso por mais de uma década, porque sempre brisava tanto ao ouvir que esquecia de perguntar ao DJ o que era. I agree totally. Great music. I worked at a record store from 1988 to 1995 and a lot of great music came out during those years. Jellyfish, Eleven, Toy Matinee, The Grays, Catherine Wheel, Loud Sugar, Overwhelming Colorfast, Spent Poets, E, Parthernon Huxley, R.E.M., Robin Hitchcock, Eric Matthews, The The, etc...............
I love Manchester, and everything english, well maybe not the colonial stuff, but they more than made up for it by becoming such a great progressive nation now,
